Monthly Club Coaching Events

Our club coach is Nicola Morris. Nicola writes:

“There is a monthly personal coaching at SN Saturday league events, the next one is 12th March at Merrist Wood.

“General format is that someone tells me they’re attending and then we meet at the start to discuss a technique to work on, they run their race, followed by debrief after the 18/19/20 March to tie in with Eel Tarn event on the Sunday. Contact if you’re interested.”
