32nd Box Hill Fell Race and 1st SLOW Spring Series race in Westerham (DFOK)

An excellent two days of racing are coming up in the South East this weekend. On Saturday SLOW’s Box Hill Fell Race (entries already full) is taking place for the 32nd time. More details here.

Following this, on Sunday, the first race of the SLOW Spring Series, the South East Championships and SE League, is being hosted by DFOK at Westerham. Entries for this event are still open (subject to map availability) until midnight on Friday (via Fabian4), with limited Entry-on-Day also possible. SLOW’s Spring Series will be run on a handicap basis within the same age classes used for the Autumn Series. Handicaps will be based broadly on national ranking points, but will also accommodate those without a ranking. Prizes will be awarded on one of the JK days. This Sunday’s event is also part of the South East League club competition, so SLOW competitors will also earn points for the club and themselves in those competition
