RegistrationBetween 1815 and 1930
Start TimesBetween 1830 and 1930

The following courses will be available:

  • Long: approximately 5.5km, quite challenging
  • Short: approximately 2.5km, quite challenging

The terrain comprises the open and runable riverside area (used during the May 2016 park race), and the woodland between Ham Common and Richmond Park Ham Gate, with suburban housing estates separating the two. The woodland area is in stark contrast to the riverside, with limited visibility, intricate contour detail and a dense path network. The woodland also contains patches of brambles and although courses are planned to avoid these areas, full leg cover is mandatory. The short course will only visit Ham Common and the woodland.

All competitors take part at their own risk. You MUST be over 16 to take part in this event, unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is a condition of our insurance.

Results will be available on the SLOW website shortly after the event.
