SLOW would like to thank Southern Navigators (SN) for the loan of the area, and Surrey Wildlife Trust for access, allowing the 2014 OK Nuts Trophy and Blood Races to be held at Wisley & Ockham Commons; an ideal forest for tough and runnable mass-start racing.

Runners may enjoy combining the event here with Southern Navigators’ urban event in Farnborough the day before on a new map of the town centre.

The OK Nuts Trophy is in memory of Mike Wells Cole, former British Champion and a member of Nutfielders OK, who died in 1976; this will be awarded to the winner of the Full Blood. The Heather Monro Trophy will be awarded to the first woman on the Half Blood course and the Margaret Loveless Trophy for best Junior performance on any course. Additionally, OK Nuts coasters will be awarded for the top runner in each age class based on the table published on the SLOW website and in the final details.
