Start Time1915

Two courses are offered, although the park is very fast and runnable, both courses will be challenging particularly for less experienced runners – you can feel real achievement from completing either of them:

  • Long: 6km, gaffled – like a one-person relay.
  • Short: 3km.

All competitors take part at their own risk. You MUST be over 16 to take part in this event, unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is a condition of our insurance.

Results will be available on the SLOW website shortly after the event.
