HILL RACES AND ORIENTEERING

Hill Races.

Because of Foot and Mouth precautions there will be only 2 races this year. There may be marked mandatory routes for part of the courses. Otherwise the usual local knowledge is needed; a map is supplied at registration. Entry will be on the day only. The races are run under FRA rules.

We ask that you do not enter if you are coming from, or need to pass through, an infected area.

Race 1. Approx. 7 miles.  Start 10:30 am
Race 2. Approx. 11 miles. Start 10:45 am

Starts 10.30-12.30.

SPORT-IDENT ELECTRONIC PUNCHING WILL BE USED FOR BOTH THE HILL RACES AND THE ORIENTEERING. For those without SI cards there will be a 75p hire charge for orienteering. This hire charge may well apply for the Hill race too, subject to a review of finances.
