Competitors return to event centre after the race. Right hand computer will be available for download from 10am, middle computer will switch to download from about 11am. Do backups about every 10 minutes
Ensure that SI master unit is connected to serial port and working (see notes before on registration) Printer should be connected via a long parallel port to Andrew’s Toshiba laptop.
Run OE2002 /. Competition day / Read SI cards
Click on OK for printer (Epson TM-T90 Receipt). Make sure that Results Sheet box is set for automatic (this means every SI card gets a print out straight away)
Competitor dibs SI card
Details appear in Read SI card window.
Hired card appears as small text below data. COLLECT card if hired
MP appears if competitor mis-punched.
Print out of split times appears from Epson printer, tear off and hand to competitor. Competitor goes home, officials fall asleep!

Choose a class (course) eg Trail10km - print
Print other courses about every 15 minutes from about 11am to 1pm.
Hand print out to results team in kitchen to paste onto boards to hang on results frame. Results team will need to identify prize winners on trail races with a highlight pen and hand copy to person i/c prize giving. See prize categories below
Trail competitors get prizes (beer / wine etc) depending on number of entries.
