Terrain and planners notes.
Puttenham Common is an attractive area of mixed heathland and woodland with moderate climb. The map has
been thoroughly updated for the path network but not for vegetation. The
boundaries between woodland, scattered trees and open are vague and cannot be
relied on for navigation. The slow run
undergrowth screen is used for brambles but not all bramble
is mapped. Courses have been lovingly planned to avoid manky
areas as far as possible.
