”Blodslitet” Blood Races & District event
Sunday 27 April 2008
RESULTS NOW ADDED – SEE LINKS BELOW
The “Blodslitet” is a mass start
long-distance race designed to challenge an individual’s endurance and mental
agility based on the Norwegian race of that name (the nearest literal
translation is ‘blood-letting’).
Participants visit the same controls as their competitors, but not in
the same order. Spectator controls allow
progress in this exciting race to be monitored by on-lookers.
Normal colour-coded courses will
also be available – White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Light Green, Green and Blue.
Organisers: Ruth King &
Nicky Morris
Planner: Steve Allen
