Wimbledon Common – Loop Race

This event is part of the London Tuesday evening summer orienteering series.

Location – parking is at the Windmill car park (not the usual TH&H clubhouse car park) – map link here. Nearest tube station is Southfields 1.9km away, nearest train station is Wimbledon 2.5km away (click the links at the bottom of the MultiMap page for locations of these).

Courses – There will be three 2km loops planned – you can choose to run 1, 2 or 3 loops (so total course length will be 2km, 4km or 6km). Sport Ident electronic punching will be used. Map scale will be 1:5000.

Mass Start at 7.30. Please arrive by 7.00 in time to register.

Entry fee – £2. If possible please e-mail gavinandrews@yahoo.com if you plan to come so we can estimate number of maps needed.
