Races normally have registration/start times between 6:30pm and 7:30pm
Each event will have a choice of 'Long' (roughly 5km) and 'Short' (roughly 3km) courses.We will compile series results with the best 5 of 10 events to count.
Most of the races are in parkland, so competing in a T-shirt and trainers will normally be fine.
Most races are £3 for juniors/students, £5 for BOF members, and £7 non-members.Entry-on-the-day attracts a surcharge for some events. Check individual event pages for details.
Hire of an SI/SIAC card will be available for a small fee.
