A great turnout of 108 runners enjoyed an usually balmy evening in central London and experienced trio Siobhan Henn, Richard Kirk and Dan Lewington did a great job organising.
For only the second time in the history of Street-Os (I think), a lady won the race outright – congratulations to Jo Hurley for pulling this off! Behind Grahaw Law and David Spence in second and third place overall, Mel Hilton was second lady and fourth overall, also a really impressive result. It really was a day for upsets as runaway series leader Matthew Schepisi could only finish 13th.
The next race in the Street-O Series 2016-17 will be held in Balham, South London on the unusual date of Wednesday 11 January and we hope to see many of you there!
Also, if you fancy a race over Christmas then why not consider the Boxing Day Race from our friends at LOK held in North London’s Trent Park.
