Coaching and Training Sessions

SLOW run coaching sessions on a fairly regular basis. Sometimes these are locally based for just one day or sometimes a weekend away. Contact if you’re interested. The Club Night

Sessions aimed at all levels from beginner to the experienced. Every Tuesday at locations in SW London when there is no Street-O to keep you entertained.
