GLOSS is a friendly inter-club competition run on the Light Green course, with a fiendishly complicated handicap scoring system which favours the less experienced – all courses are open to all-comers, whether beginners or experienced.

Event Centre
The event centre is The Spencer pub on the edge of Putney Common (the east part of Putney Common), at 237 Lower Richmond Road, SW15 1HJ. There is parking available on the roads around the pub, and it is about a mile from Putney station. Bus route 22 starts and stops outside the pub, running through Putney.
The pub has an excellent range of beers and food, so make the most of the occasion! They have been very generous in opening early and giving us some space at one of their most popular times, so please do take advantage of this and stay for lunch and some drinks. It is a popular destination on a Sunday for families and those wishing to spend their weekend in a relaxed and friendly environment, and their traditional Sunday roasts are very popular.
