Wimbledon Training Day – 24th November
Free training session open to all levels of orienteers.
- For beginners, introduction courses will be available with the possibility to be followed by a more experienced orienteer depending on helpers availability.
- For advanced orienteers, challenging exercises cut to train specific aspects of your technique will be available to improve your skills. You can also be accompanied to seek advice on improvement but note that beginners will get the priority on these.
There will be no ranking there, the only purpose of the event is to help everyone get better and/or enter the world of orienteering.
Where
West of Wimbledon Common, based from the Thames Hare and Hounds clubhouse. Someone will constantly be at the start to look over the bags/bikes, however we do not take any responsibility over your belonging.

Getting There
There is a nearby bus stop: Roehampton Vale Campus served by buses 85, 265 and K3.
