Our Events
Many of the events we put on are suitable for school parties. (Or indeed parties from other irganisations or groups of friends.) Do get in touch with the organiser beforehand if you would like to discuss your situation. Our events are currently on weekends and Tuesday evenings, so for a school some parental involvement would likely be helpful.
We have enthusiastic club members who, with notice, will give introductory coaching for a party attending our events.
Maps of Schools
One of our members has mapped and put permanent courses in at least 100 schools. No site has yet proved too large or too small. Each school gets about eight different courses. This is not a free service but if you are interested contact ">
National Resources
British Orienteering has dedicated materials and services for schools. They work with the British Schools Orienteering Association. SLOW members are able to help facilitate or provide some of these services.
