SLOW in Action at parkruns and GO Puttenham Common Race
SLOW athletes were out racing at parkruns across the UK last weekend – the following SLOW results were recorded*:

- Michael Balling – 20:05 – 8th/33 (Hackney Marshes)
- Helen Gardner – 21:11 – 18th/190 (Edinburgh)
- Ben Lovett – 22:02 – 16th/33 (Hackney Marshes)
- Robert Robinson – 22:35 – 72nd/204 (Wimbledon Common)
SLOW was also out in force at the Puttenham Common race organised by Guildford Orienteers, with five SLOW runners in the top 10 on the Brown course, and a win on the Light Green course.
