Final City Race Training 17 Sept 2013

Jayne (last years city race planner) has kindly planned a course on last years map to get you ready for next weeks city race. It will be 5.3km long but don’t forget that you need to add 50% for running distance. There are also a few cut offs in case people don’t want to run the full distance. We will meet outside the Christopher Hatton pub( )where the start is situated from 18:30 with a cut off at 20:00. All you will need is a compass, control description holder if you have one and a pair of trainers.
