Planner’s Comments
We welcomed over 100 competitors to our Brockwell Park race last Tuesday.
Being the first event we’d planned, we waited in great anticipation for the feedback from the first finishers, and were very pleased that the long course was interesting and suitably challenging, especially given Brockwell is a very open London park!
Well done to everyone who ran, from the fasted orienteers on the long course who clocked around 22 minutes over 4.8 km to the newcomers on the short course.
We had lots of fun planning our first event and are grateful to those members of SLOW who kindly and patiently showed us the ropes!
We hope to see many of you again soon.
