Paul Nixon Ranked in British Top 100
Congratulations to SLOW athlete Paul Nixon, who following his victory last Sunday at the DFOK Westerham event, by a massive margin, moves into the Top 100 on British Orienteering’s unified ranking list for the first time. Paul climbs 47 places this week, to place 98th. Ahead of him are Ed Catmur who is ranked 22nd in the UK, and Ralph Street who is ranked 25th.
Waiting in the wings is Nick Taylor, who moved up 5 places this week to 117th.
SLOW has four athletes in the Women’s Top 100: Helen Gardner is ranked 31st, Abi Weeds is in 39th place, Anja Stratford is 66th and Charlotte Turner is 99th.
