SLOW winners at the SE Long Championships

There were some SLOW champions at the South-East Long Championships held at Ashridge last weekend. Phil Marsland is the new M40 champion while Dorte Torpe Hansen is the new W45 champion. There were also a number of second and third places for SLOW runners, details will be updated here as they become available.
