All competitors take part at their own risk. Adequate clothing should be worn for the conditions. Full leg cover is strongly recommended.
The common is wet in places so please do bring a change of shoes/socks should you wish for after your run. We ask that muddy shoes are left outside the pub post run to avoid tracking lots of mud into the pub.
Photos may be taken at the event.
Results will be available on the SLOW website shortly after the event.
Helping on the night
This event can’t happen without volunteer effort on the night. If you can lend a hand on the Start, or with collecting controls, it is greatly appreciated – please get in touch with James. Everyone who helps will be able to run and get a free entry!
